“Brandon who works here is the absolute best! I went in after dropping my phone in the lake, he tried to help fix it and spent a lot of time trying to get my old phone to pull up info for the transfer to the new one. He dealt with all my insane questions and even stayed late after the store was supposed to close on a holiday to get my services going. He did not rush and even helped me set up certain options on the new phone, that I asked for help with.”

“I bought a phone from Amazon for my son and it ended up suspending his phone number on my account. I couldn't get it fixed at home, the phone wasn't compatible with cricket, which wasn't really an issue just bought a new one at the store. Well, Andrew took care of me today to fix my problem and it took around 2 hours. (no fault of his own) He refused to give up even though crickets service chat kept goofing it up, he was so patient. It's so refreshing from the last store manager they had in this store. He was absolutely determined to fix my issue without changing the number on the account. The only thing I wish that would change is the company giving their associates at the store level, the access to fix these types of issues, without having to contact someone half way around the world who may or may not know what they're doing. It was upsetting to watch what he had to endure just to fix my son's service. Andrew really was wonderful to work with. I no longer dread having to come into the store. If you have cricket or are thinking of switching to them I really recommend going and seeing Andrew at this location and if you can see this thank you again Andrew for all your help today!”

It was an amazing having someone that actually helped my daughter and me instead of walking into a store and being told that everything is done in the app, April answered every question I had and that was a lot lol she was also extremely polite to my daughter and that goes a long way to me, my daughter and I left the store and she looked at me and said that she was really nice and she hopes that April is there when we come back!”
