Amber Waves Farm, Market & Cafe
367 Main St, AmagansettI honestly can’t say enough good things about Amber Waves. It’s an educational farm that offers courses for kids, free music classes, and plenty of space to just explore, no ticket required. There are goats, chickens, and a small but charming layout that’s perfect for families. The farm store and café are both excellent; everything we tried for breakfast and lunch was fresh, very tasty, and clearly made with care.
Some prices are on the steep side (a $13 green juice or a $17 smoothie is a lot, if you ask me) but overall the place is wonderful. For families with younger kids, it’s an ideal morning or afternoon outing: good food, coffee for parents, and a lovely play area with little houses and outdoor instruments.
