“Went in with the hardware of a new door handle that I mistakenly stripped... wanted to see if I could get a replacement for those parts....the young gentleman couldn't be more helpful...tried a few different ideas and finally came up with something he thought would work....he charged me nothing since I didn't purchase anything and when I returned home his solution and minor adjustments worked! I am now going to this establishment for any hardware items I need.. I highly recommend it ...an added plus is the ambience of an old school hardware store.. love it!”

“Staff at the Amherst NY location are friendly and assisted with a return without hassle. I usually dont have to return anything to HF, and it is nice that they can locate purchase with phone number and process returns accordingly.
I like the selection available for my everyday tools and accessories.”
