I was in a very tight situation with a flight to catch later in the evening and needed help reactivating my account, withdrawing my funds, and closing the account. The staff handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with great customer service.
They successfully completed the entire process in about 1.5 hours, which I greatly appreciated given my time constraints.
