“I got a home equity line here. Application process was tedious but straight forward. They are a small local bank so temper your expectations with technology, but nice folks and good rates.What is really annoying is I can't setup auto pay on my home equity line b/c it is variable rate and their online system cannot handle autopay on a variable rate. So I have to drive by and drop a check off once a month”
