Their ATM is reliable but not as friendly as the bankers inside (I mean inside the bank, not inside the machine, obviously). They also do an outstanding job decorating for the holidays though out the year. Very festive. Come for the lollipops, but stay for the professional banter.”

For five long years, I've been repeatedly applying for a credit card, each time just to be met with denial due to my lack of credit score. It's been frustrating and disheartening, to say the least. However, things took a positive turn during a recent visit to your Eastchester branch to withdraw money.
Surprised that I didn't have overdraft protection on my account, Suela took it upon herself to delve into the matter. “I've always had efficient, pleasant interactions with the staff here. But one weekend evening when I came to use the ATM there was a customer there with her card stuck in the ATM and at that hour no staff to help her. Apparently this is a Citibank-wide problem. I'm told that the company that managed their ATMs went broke and the new company that runs the ATMs for Citibank hasn't got its act together. Not the fault of the nice people at this branch office.”
