My intent was to pass it on to close family & friends. Her experience in 2005 being run over by a company pick up truck changed her life for the next 20 yrs as she faced a court case, continuing to enjoy life, her determination to maintain her health even though she could sense it deteriorating. I wanted to incorporate relevant photos. Kenny was so solicitous and sympathetic, he had tears in his eyes and his ongoing texting was more than appreciated. Store # 4992, New Rochelle, NY. The whole staff is always courteous to everyone whether the store is full of customers and very busy of if it’s one Customer. They work smoothly and has an always smile for everyone. Regardless of what question a customer has, it’s never a bother to them and they always have the right answer. I live in the Bronx and yet I go to this store which is miles away just because of the customer service that is second to none.
I hope that management appreciate the staff at this branch. They deserve bonuses. Their customer service is top of the line especially THOMAS.”

“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. “I have been to many different UPS stores. This one in Englewood Cliffs NJ was a bit different. Really friendly, efficient and focus was on making the customer feel happy! I needed a photo (2x1 1/2inches) which is slightly different than a passport photo (2x2inches). Jin, the owner made sure he made that size photo happen. He also is a notary and placed the notary stamp where it would not interfere with the application I needed to fill out. That extra care will make this UPS stores MY new UPS store!”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”
