“The Jackson Heights branch of Ponce Bank has a brilliant Senior Banker named Xiao Feng Li. He is knowledgeable about everything at the bank and provides the best banking experience I have ever had. He answered every question no matter how many I threw at him, so he is super patient and pleasant to talk with. He even stayed after hours when I could only make it to the branch right when they were about to close. He not only explained things, but showed anything we did not understand such as the use of the online portal. We have been willing to wait to only have him handle our accounts even if it means a long wait because he had other customers. Xiao Feng Li is the best, a rarity in the banking industry.”

“I have been banking with Citi for nearly 20 years all over the country and this branch has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I went in on a weekday to pick up some foreign currency. There was no wait and I was helped by Ximena, who was so kind. She told me one of my CDs was expiring that day and offered to roll it over to a new plan that offered a higher interest rate, it was done within seconds. She also gave me a list of places to visit when she learned where I was traveling. These were all above and beyond things that she really didn't have to do, but really personalized my experience and made me feel welcome. The tellers and staff here give you a small-town banking experience on a busy street in the big city. I will definitely be returning to this branch for all my banking needs!”

“They're nothing special, although I've been happy with them. They're small and only have a handful of branches, but they a part of an ATM network which has free ATMs everywhere, mostly in bodegas and pharmacies, so that really softens the blow of foregoing a national retail bank. All in all, I'm happy to support a smaller bank over Chase or BOA, though, and if you're worried about not having a huge ATM network--it hasn't been a problem.”
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Yannis at Chase. My parents are traveling and we had an issue that required going back and forth with Chase customer service. Yannis did not just point us in the right direction. He took ownership, got on the phone, advocated for them, and stayed with it until everything was fully resolved.
He was calm, respectful, and extremely thorough the whole time. He also made sure my parents understood what was happening and what to expect next. Because of him, my parents were able to continue their trip without unnecessary stress.
Chase is lucky to have him. I hope someone capable like him stays there forever, because people like that are rare. If anyone in leadership sees this, please recognize him. This is the kind of service that makes customers stay with Chase.”

“i am dropping td bank as my primary bank as customer service quality has dropped the last couple of years and dumping the self service coin machines didnt help . citibank is now my number one bank for my banking needs and the branch in astoria is very good for personal customer service. the lobby foyer area is well kept and has plenty of easy to use atm machines and the main entrance has a customer service rep ready to help and to the left is the line to do banking biz with a teller. i went in person to get a change of address and order check refills and the gal customer rep was extremely nice and helpful. good citibank branch in astoria , td bank sorry you have been let go from the being my number one.”
