“Great branch and everyone that works there is extremely nice and helpful but the front door doesn’t open if you come after hours and need to use your bank card to get in. Please fix it!!! I’ve been coming on Saturdays for the last 4 months and I can’t get in to use the ATM. It sucks that now the have to dive all the way to Brooklyn or the Forest Hills branch. Please fix your door or the card reader!!!!!!!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Yannis at Chase. My parents are traveling and we had an issue that required going back and forth with Chase customer service. Yannis did not just point us in the right direction. He took ownership, got on the phone, advocated for them, and stayed with it until everything was fully resolved.
He was calm, respectful, and extremely thorough the whole time. He also made sure my parents understood what was happening and what to expect next. Because of him, my parents were able to continue their trip without unnecessary stress.

“i am dropping td bank as my primary bank as customer service quality has dropped the last couple of years and dumping the self service coin machines didnt help . citibank is now my number one bank for my banking needs and the branch in astoria is very good for personal customer service. the lobby foyer area is well kept and has plenty of easy to use atm machines and the main entrance has a customer service rep ready to help and to the left is the line to do banking biz with a teller. i went in person to get a change of address and order check refills and the gal customer rep was extremely nice and helpful. good citibank branch in astoria , td bank sorry you have been let go from the being my number one.”
