“United Brothers Fruit Markets is located in Astoria, Queens. Open 24 hours / 7 days a week, various produce is available. The apples sold here come straight from NY State Farms, and it is to support local farmers. Connected right next door to the marketplace is where they have a Juice Bar & sell fresh juices & smotthies as well as their infamous Hot Apple Teas! United Brothers Fruit Market is accessible via public transportation, which includes the N train to 30 Ave. It is a short walking distance from the train station and is close to a host of hang-out spots, eateries, etc. and not too far from shops on Steinway (GAP, Banana Republic, etc.) When arriving at United Brothers Fruit Markets, there are Hot Apple Tea samples that once can try near the outside front entrance. This establishment introduced me to Hot Apple Tea, and it is delicious. Although I have purchased reasonably priced produce many times, United Brothers Fruit Markets 100% Natural Homemade Hot Apple Tea is my favorite thing to purchase here, and I have had various flavors. Strawberry Blueberry Hot Apple Tea, Spearmint Hot Apple Tea, Ginger Cinnamon Hot Apple Tea, Mango Hot Apple Tea, Ginger Hot Apple Tea, etc....you name it and they sell it. The Pineapple Hot Apple Tea is so good. A regular size Hot Apple Tea is $5, and a large size is $7. The Hot Apple Teas are so refreshing. “The chicken salad was good but I'm disappointed that the salad I requested was not very fresh. I saw a little brown. Overall the customer service is good and they are better than the other delis I tried in Astoria.”

“My coworkers and me always have trying food to different places around the area, struggling to find a nice place to order oftener. This was the first time that we order here and it was a very good choice. A good meal with a nice taste for a reasonable price. It includes beans, rice and hot tortillas for the same amount. Definitely we’ll keep ordering here!”

“a 24/7 candy store in astoria on broadway whre you can grab a soda , snack , newspaper, cigs, lottery , etc. i usually stop here to grab some lottery tiks and a cold drink after visiting my cuz who dwells in the area . the place looks old and worn but thats what makes this place unique. the guy behind the counter is friendly and i have been lucky most of the time getting scratch off tickets. good place for the locals and non locals to grab something quick.”

“As someone who came to NYC from Serbia, Euro Marker is like a church to me. Here, shoppers from the entire Balkan region will be able to find all those items they used in their home countries. From washing detergents, beers and meat products to sweets, jams and sodas made back home. Prices are reasonable and employees are always in a good mood and willing to help. I highly recommend this place!”

“You don't find places like this anymore. It's really small, which is the only downside, but if you're looking for some pretty specific Greek stuff, this place is a really good option”

“Always open when I need them, which is in the early early am. Nice guys and you can get a fresh cold deli sandwich anytime, hot sandwiches during typical hours. They have a pretty good selection of beer and fancy-ish non-alcoholic drinks in the cooler.i”

“Go for the burger and fries. B&M Burger is the best every time, they make it gluten free for me with generous mushrooms & 3pcs of bacon on a huge patty. Good fries. Delivery is fast, pickup is even easier. I recommend you call to place order (site not working at time of my 1st order - had to call to check status). Clean establishment. Nice guys. Better than bougie places by far!”

“Stocked isles, friendly staff. This is an okay place if you just need to get some last minute groceries. Meat is good and produce is for the most part fresh but could be better.”

“My favorite grocery store to go to! It helps so much that everything is Halal as well. The owner and staff are always so friendly and helpful, I would recommend this store to everyone. They have an amazing variety of fresh food and items, thank you!”

“Overall not a bad pick if youre hungry and can't decide what to eat. I went with the chicken teriyaki on a hero and added green peppers. I have to say i was super delighted the sandwich came hot, even the teriyaki sauce was HOTTTT by my uber eats delivery. major kudos for that! The only thing i did like was the hero, it cost an extra $1.50 and the bread was old :( cmon!”

“Open 24/7 how can you not like Trade Fair? Although it is smaller than others, it has a wide variety of goods. Most of its sections, like meat and produce, are small, but it still has a deli, baked items, the whole 9 yards for a quick one-stop shopping experience. A decent beer and snack section, along with European, Middle Eastern, North African, and Latin American imports and spices, allow shoppers to create a number of meals from their products. The staff, although often busy trying to keep the place stocked, are helpful. The price point is around average for Queens.”

“I will always be appreciative of this Trade Fair location as they were the only supermarket open late at night during the pandemic. In fact, they were and are open 24 hours. What separates this location from others is that they have a parking lot in a fairly safe neighborhood. In addition, the store is always very clean and well stocked. However, they do need to do a better job putting prices on items. Its very difficult to find the price of many items as the price is either not labeled or the price on their respective shelves are rubbed off. The late night cashier (female with glasses) is smart and friendly once you get to know her and the manager is polite.”

“Great grocery store, go to Costco, then come over here. They have ready to eat food, and a wide selection of groceries. If you’re in the area it is worth coming by.”

“I have honestly read all the bad reviews about this place, and all I have to say is if you go in and treat all the employees the way you would want to be treated you will never have a bad experience. Good prices.”
