Went to Baldwinsville NY store Brian and Paul were very helpful the found the best Monthly payments and transfered our information to the new phones and fixed our car with the new phones. They also helped other people while we were waiting for our old phones to transfer to new phones. They are vary pleasant.”

“This afternoon I had stopped in to get some pretty complicated stuff done to my account to be short- I dealt with JOSEPH P and I wish I was allowed to leave more stars as a review for him.
I had another ATT store mess up my entire account a few days ago, and Joseph took the time to fully understand my requests before promising anything or starting anything. He went through the process with me 10 times over to make sure he was doing his absolute best job to do what I needed. I needed to swap my phone numbers and one was a E Sim and one was physical Sim, and then upgrade one of my devices to a new phone, and delete a line- Joseph explained he has only been there 6 MONTHS and fairly new still, but I fully trusted him! Joseph is the type of guy that not only has understanding and patience for his customers!
There was a moment we thought what i wanted to do wouldn't work- but Joseph remained calm the entire time (knowing I had a real bad experience a few days prior) and he full resolved everything I needed.
If I can help it I would honestly try to work with Joseph again someday if I needed anything more- I have really bad anxiety doing these types of upgrades and just things in general (I'll cry at a job interview) but Joseph genuinely made the whole experience so smooth and easy and honestly fun. My 8 year old son was with me as well and Joseph just went out of his way to make today super easy for me. If there was a way to push Joseph for a raise or promotion or something I truly feel that's a good idea.
Especially for him being fairly new and all alone on a Sunday afternoon- i would cry if someone like ME walked into my job on a Sunday lol, Joseph was SO great.”
