Pet Care
Mandak Veterinary Services
67 Middleline Road, Ballston SpaI cannot say enough great things about Mandak Vet and their staff. Every single person at this practice is kind, welcoming and truly incredible. They take great pride in the care they provide. They are super reasonable and do not nickel and dime you for their services. They aren’t pushy and don’t try to upsell you on any service or product. They are knowledgeable and passionate. We absolutely love Dr. Fontanella and her demeanor. She sat on the floor with our dog until she was comfortable with her before her exam and took the time to earn her trust — without rushing the visit. Highly recommend!

Harmony Veterinary Clinic
1823 Amsterdam Road, Ballston SpaI would like to add to a previously posted review. Recently Dr. Keith Payton has worked with my dog Lexi. Once again my experience was beyond anything I could have asked for. This includes the staff at Harmony! Every single staff member that we encountered were gracious, supportive and more than willing to go above and beyond. This visit was a difficult one for us as she has severe life threatening health issues. I trust Harmony Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Keith implicitly and am grateful beyond what I can express in words.
Previous post: I LOVE Harmony Vet! The staff is friendly and professional, it's a beautiful facility and the Veterinarians are excellent. My most recent visit was with Dr. Todd. She is a wealth of current information which allows me to make informed decisions for my dog. I highly recommend Harmony Veterinary Clinic!

The Strutting Pooch LLC
1141 Raymond Rd #3719, Ballston SpaThe Strutting Pooch is the best! Thank you so much Lindsay for taking such good care of Rosie for us!
We traveled to CA for a funeral, and had to leave our cat home all alone for the first time. The Strutting Pooch takes care of cats as well as your dogs! We’ve used them before when our dog was still with us, and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! They are the very best around. Our cat was very happy to see them.

Alaturco Gyro Mediterranean Restaurant
142 Milton Avenue, Ballston SpaOrdered for a work lunch through a 3rd party service. One of the dishes was forgotten, so I called. The owner came and delivered the dish herself to rectify the mistake and threw in treats. That service will encourage me to frequent them. Cherry on top of the incredible food.

The Front Street Social Club
52 Front Street, Ballston SpaThe interior of this establishment is warm, historic and welcoming. The bar inventory is impressive and it's easy to see why this is a mixed drink destination. I went on a Saturday night and the place was full and the sole bartender needed a second to keep up but she did her best and was extremely pleasent. I saw and heard great reviews online regarding the burgers so I wanted to try it out. The Nebraska Angus is a notch above but the burger overall lacked flavor. I will go again and give them another chance on the food. If nothing else I found a great atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail.

The Whistling Kettle
24 Front Street, Ballston SpaThis place is phenomenal. I don’t ever really leave reviews, but I’ve been so many times and each time has been a great experience. The Asian chicken salad is ridiculously good, and frankly the only thing you need to try. The teas and smoothies are also great. I find myself thinking about this place a lot, my usual go to lol.
