“I normally go to Home Depot, and never get the service I crave, so I went to this local hardware store close to where I live, and 3 times so far I've had the best experiences with Max and Joey, Manny. All 3 of these guys are knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Kindness is such a rare commodity these days, and rarer in the Northeast. Ugh. I came in while dealing with a stressful situation with my elderly father and needed new doorknobs. Adam didn’t just point me in the right direction- he personally helped me find the perfect fit for my doors and showed me so much kindness and understanding in the process. That meant more to me than he probably realizes.
