“I stopped in this store after work to buy some premium cigars. They have a great selection of both cigars and beer. I gave my Driver's License to one of the employees in order to make my purchase however I accidentally left it at the front counter of the store. About a little over an hour later I realized I misplaced my driver's license and immediately called the store. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. I later drove back to the store and retrieved my identification. I would like to take this time to thank the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness. I will definitely be back to make more purchases in your store.Thank You”

“The pharmacist Renee at the Bethpage, NY store was the most caring and compassionate person I have encountered in a long time. I was going through a rough time because my mom died. I needed a refill on a prescription medication and she made sure she moved heaven and earth to get it done. I was undergoing a lot of anxiety because I ran out of my medication and she went above and beyond to help me. Caring people like this are hard to find in today's society. Renee is a kind, caring and wonderful pharmacist. I appreciated her so much that I called corporate to make sure they know what a wonderful employee they have. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves. Her kindness cheered someone up who was very sad tonight. She made me feel like I mattered.”

She's always so pleasant and rhe other day a customer forgot their receipt she speed walk to the parking lot to give it to the customer. I thought that was so nice of her sometimes it's the small gestures lord knows we need it.”

“I have been a CVS customer for years, when we lived in Queens, and for the last 3 years in Levittown. We used the CVS in Levittown, and left them for some reason, and went to Levittown in Hicksville. Hated it from day one. We were too lazy to switch. Something happened recently that made us wanting to never go back to CVS. We transferred all of our prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens. Extremely happy with the customer service in the pharmacy. I started complimenting the staff to someone who I thought was the manager, ended up she was a pharmacist. But all of her coworkers heard me, everyone of them smiled and appreciated my warm thoughts. My next receipt I will scan the QR code and give a good review there also.Keep up the good work.”
