“They replaced my windows and both doors after someone hit my car. All parts they used were new and the car looked brand new after they painted, polished and detailed the interior as well. They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”
“This is a very honest shop and Reed really helped me out! I was hit by a wreckless driver who scratched the side of my car. Reed took a look and had his shop clean the sides and the scratches were miraculously removed. He didn’t charge me for this service but I will be back to get their help removing a dent that was left over. Cannot recommend this shop enough! Amazing hard working honest employees!! So glad I trusted my gut and came here!”

“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“Victoria Orrego had me at “Hello!” I expected to receive lack luster and disinterested customer service as I have at previous locations and received the exact opposite. I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). I drove in with a 19’ Civic and drove out with my dream car, 20’ Accord (within my price range!!!) Thank you so much for your persistence, kindness, and wonderful aura. Update: November 2025. I’m so thankful for The amazing staff at Paragon. This is my third car from this particular dealership and I’m so pleased with my experience. I went in for an oil change for my Subaru, said yes to one or two things additional (after complimentary inspection and after missing a recommended maintenance package) and got surprised with several things I had not said yes to. I complained and got the promise of a free oil change next time (in the form of a note on the back of a business card). Stay tuned...”
“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

“I recently visited Meineke Car Care Center - Jersey City for an oil change, headlights change, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff was friendly and professional.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi. The oil and light changes were was quick and efficient.
What stood out most was the transparency. They provided a detailed receipt with recommended services needed.
My questions were answered properly for the other recommended services. I didn’t feel pushy about upselling for services performed or recommended.
The price was competitive, and the quality of service made it feel worth it. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable oil change service or other services that they offer.”

They very honestly removed the screw that had not punctured my tire at no charge !!The team brought to my attention that my inspection was about to expire- which I didn’t realize- and the mechanic completed the inspection, probably saving me a ticket!
