“We stopped in at Bella‘s Boutique while visiting the area for the Halloween season. They have lots of cool items for sale here. The woman that runs the place is very nice.
There were some unique items here for sure, so we found it be a great place to get souvenirs.
We ended up parking on the side street that had metered parking.
It’s a very nice area.”
“One of the best small businesses in Pleasantville. Located right on Wheeler so it’s close to everything and easy to walk to. The owner and staff are all wonderful: sweet, helpful and the shop is very well maintained. They have a really great variety of clothing, bags, and accessories and ALWAYS have amazing deals and sales going on. My favorite thing about this place is the uniqueness of the pieces they offer. I always get tons of compliments when I wear something from Rhoda! 5 stars!”

I came here to rent a suit in a pinch and found the staff here to be very helpful and friendly. While I'm told they usually do tuxedos and other wedding related rentals, they were able to set me up with a three piece suit at a very reasonable price that worked nicely for the occasion. I was very happy with with they gave me and I'd highly recommend giving this local business your patronage.”

But my real reason for writing this review is to highlight the AMAZING store manager, Alexis. She was nothing short of amazing at helping me with an issue I was having with a previous purchase. She went above and beyond to help me. I will come back to that store not only for the great clothes and prices but because she displayed quality customer service. I came out smiling from ear to ear and wanting to tell everyone I know to shop there. If there’s a position higher than store manager at the Palisades Mall location, please consider her for it. “They have a very small selection of cassette tapes, but I was able to find the Brat (Charli XCX) album there! I was pleasantly surprised. There was a little bit of a markup, but I think it was worth not paying for shipping. Also, the store was playing Animal Crossing music, which was a plus. :D”

“I’m so happy that we have Melita’s in Ossining!!! I was looking for some new dresses that I could wear to work or out on the weekends, and found so many beautiful items to add to my wardrobe! They have such a nice selection of light and flowy dresses at very reasonable prices. I had been looking around and couldn’t find anything until I stepped inside Melitas! I was about to go shopping in the city, so this saved me a trip. They also have a lovely selection of children’s clothes. I’ve purchased clothes for my kids and also baby gifts from Melitas, as well as beautiful scarves and jewelry for my family and daughter’s teachers for the holidays. The store is located right near the coffee shop on the Main Street in Ossining. It’s a beautiful store and they make you feel very welcome the moment you step into the store. “Stopped here yesterday for a pair of much needed kid's flip flops. There was a sales associate near the front door (all other methods of entry/exit were closed) welcoming me & ensuring mask adherence; hand sanitizer available upon entry; clearly marked signage everywhere to help ensure social distancing and mask adherence; every sales associate was wearing a mask (accurately- over the nose & close fitting); plexiglass encased each register/check-out area (another bottle of hand sanitizer was available at each register area), etc.All sales associates were professional, helpful and courteous. This is the first time I have ventured into a non-grocery type store since March of this year due to Covid. I was very happy to see that the management of this store takes the health and safety of both their employees and the public seriously.”
