“There was some new young white guy who I asked to lead me to someone who had my order, and he just fully ignored me and proceeded to talk to his co worker about a product in front of me, I was so confused why he couldn’t say anything to me or sorry when I asked someone else for help right in front of him. Even when he squeezed by he didn’t say anything no excuse me. Everyone else who works there is rlly nice so I gotta still give 5 stars they just lowkey need to train him better or replace him because he got zero customer service skills”

“Great assortment of materials including some specialty items not carried by HD and Lowe’s. Staff mixed bag. Many rookies and with such a large inventory it is admittedly difficult for them to know where everything is. Pricing is decent but 20%+/- over big box stores. Bottom line it is always good to purchase from local stores and gas stations even though it might be a little more costly. #buylocal”
“I was at a complete loss in finding a small replacement button for one of our clients bathroom faucets. I spent a few hours doing my own research looking for this particular part. I called Water Mill Building Supply and told the very kind girl who answered the phone (wish I jotted down her name, sorry) my dilemma, she quickly transferred me to Ben Carrick who was so informative. I didn't even know what brand the faucet was until I sent Ben the pictures our client sent us. Within 5 minutes after sending the email I received his email with the name of the faucet and information for 2 seperate places I can call to purchase them. He also sent me the parts list as well. Ben saved me hours of searching for this small little part. I will be forever grateful. Customer service is not like it use to be, and you really have to give praise for someone who takes their job seriously and actually cares about the consumer. Thank you again Ben!!!”

“Would not have expected a True Value Hardware store in the middle of Easthampton, but here it is. This place is just packed to the rafters with anything you might need to fix a problem in your home. I did indeed find badly needed superglue (I got Gorilla Glue which is great stuff) amongst things to reissue electronic, appliance, outdoor problems. Of course they also have the seasonal area where you can find beach gear such as chairs, unregistered, etc. They were a little gruff, but still a great find in The Hamptons.”
