“I have been with CNB since it opened. I think it's the best bank I've ever had to work with. It's like, "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. I've taken out loans and they've made it incredibly easy. Paying my mortgage is a snap. They do have an app that you can use whenever you want. They are great and really friendly with my children. I won't be changing banks.”

“Great credit union very friendly staff. I have had an account here since I was a kid and never had any issues! The only negative thing I have to say is the hours of operation are worse than normal banking hours as they close at 430 and have no Saturday hours. Also the phone system doesn't have a holding line so if they are busy you have to just keep calling back instead of waiting on hold. All in all I would a recommendThem as a secondary bank.”

“I recently had an issue with a business credit card and was struggling with the card provider so I went into the branch. It was my first time in a branch as my husband generally takes care of our business banking needs. When I sat with Kayleigh Kirkpatrick she glanced at our bill and remembered exactly who we were and the nature of our businesses. She then proceeded to take care of our problem for us and gave me a follow up call to confirm when everything was done. I can't speak highly enough about the personalized service from ESL and this branch in particular. Six Stars.”
“Recently I bought a nice pickup from Van Bortel Ford. Canandaigua National Bank handles a lot of their financing. They handle my loan. A couple of weeks ago I went into the bank to make my first payment, and get to know a few people there. I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Jasmine Colon who took care of my first payment. She was very professional. She also explained a few other services the bank offered. When Jasmine finished my paperwork, she also introduced Mr. Kyle Smith to me. Kyle is a financial services representative at this branch. Kyle also went over some of the additional financial services the bank offered. I was impressed with the way he and Jasmine handled me on my first visit to this bank. I've always admired CNB. I can see why this bank has been around well over a century. I'm sure I'll be doing additional work with them in the future. The bank is located on Hudson avenue in Irondequoit. Directly across the street from Wegmans. It's a nice looking building with ample parking and dual lane for banking from your car.”
