“Best loan application process I've ever experienced (auto loan). Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

“There's nothing special about this bank. The employees do their jobs, but nothing stands out. The only reason to recommend it is that there never seems to be a line. If there is, it's maybe a couple of people. There seems to be one CSR when I go in, so if anyone is waiting, there could be a wait, but I haven't encountered it. Get in and out fast seems good to me.”

Superior interest rates on the saving , CD and other accounts. This bank offers various accounts for college saving, kids saving accounts, various loans, short-term, long-term CDs and retirements accounts. Pre-COVID offered various workshops on the budget managing and first time home buying. I recommended Ridgewood Saving Bank to my colleagues and neighbors. After I left unsatisfactory review about a notary experience on Wednesday morning, bank immediately responded to the review and bank manager called to apologize.”

“I come here to use the ATM never have problems always clean but now I'm unable to get in before opening times or if it's after it's closed due to a new operating thing on the door I was able to slide my card and open it now it's different so I'm not sure if only bank costumers can get in or if there is a certain way to open the doors but if only bank costumers can get in after hours I'm afraid you could loose a little bit of business because atms get used daily even after hours”
