From the organized stacks of clothing to the unemotional clerks who can find each item with their eyes closed. I knew what I wanted and was in and out in under 5 minutes. “I meant to do this review from May 2024, i went to footlocker on Westchester Avenue 10472, the service was phenomenal, Janil Karar was such a great help, I went with one of my sons to get shoes, he went to the storeroom so many times until my son got the shoes he wanted, he never showed anyone frustration was just as polite and professional as ever, I don't get that kind of service anymore in stores, was refreshing to see that someone still have that great customer service!! I Highly recommend this store, the cashier was very nice as well!!”
“Well this footlocker was super helpful. I highly recommend it. I needed last minute sneakers for my child for a show and the guy that was there was so hopeful and his knowledge of sneakers and how it would look on my son. From now on I will shop there because they were nice and the store was clean. They made sure the customer was satisfied before they left.
