Valanca Auto Concepts is a reliable and professional auto repair shop known for quality work and honest service. Customers appreciate the team’s expertise in body work and repairs, often praising the results, which leave their vehicles looking excellent. The staff is described as professional, kind, and helpful, making the repair process smooth and less stressful. The shop is also praised for its efficiency, with many customers noting that repairs are completed faster than expected—often in about three to four weeks, even in complex situations involving parts and vandalism.
While most reviews highlight positive experiences, there is one instance where a customer was disappointed by misleading information from the receptionist regarding the repair timeline, which extended to 20 days. Despite this, the customer was satisfied with the final result and appreciated the quick turnaround once the issue was resolved. Valanca Auto Concepts also partners with Geico, providing convenient services like the Geico express, making insurance-related repairs easier for customers. Overall, the business is highly recommended for its quality, professionalism, and ability to bring vehicles back to a great condition after accidents or damage.
