“We had the pleasure of working with George during our apartment search and can't recommend him enough. He was responsive and prompt and answered all of our questions throughout the search/leasing process. George also showed us an awesome apartment that wasn’t originally on our radar, which ended up being the perfect fit. We appreciate his dedication and help in making sure we found the right place - thanks George!”
“I can’t praise the staff enough. This is easily the best living experience I’ve had in New York, and a lot of the credit goes to the folks who keep this building running: from the 24/7 front-desk service to the speedy response for any maintenance requests to the care and professionalism shown by every staff member. From the application process to move-in and just day-to-day, it’s a well-run, well-maintained building staffed by first-class (and the nicest) people!”
“We moved here in July 2023, and it's been awesome. The location just a block from the subway, near tons of restaurants, and midway between Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park; the sunlight through our east-facing, sixth-floor windows; the incredible soundproofing; the high-end appliances; amenities that we use regularly like the pet spa — all wonderful. The best feature, though, is the staff. Whether it's the lobby, the mailroom, maintenance, or whatever, they're all super friendly and helpful.”
“I’ve had a great experience living here! The management team is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance staff is efficient and professional. The building is well-maintained and usually very quiet, which I really appreciated. Both the move-in and move-out processes were smooth and well-organized.”
“I just moved into 180 Montague apt. a couple of weeks ago. And I’m very happy with the apartment team especially Cassidy ( leasing office) and Christina (front desk) who are very caring, supportive and professional. They make my New York life easier since I moved from Los Angeles last year. Super recommend 180 Montague Apt. as your New York home and meet these awesome ladies! Thank you guys.”
“Michael helped me land my first studio! He made the process super clear and easy, and I appreciated all his insider knowledge about the neighbhorhood – a big plus of working with a family-run business ! Would recommend him to friends :)”
“This is a great and reliable building to live in. The apartments are designed very efficiently to make most of what is typically a small New York space. The best part of the building is the staff at the front and behind the scenes, working hard to keep the building clean, safe and operating. The maintenance team is super reliable, especially Jamel who is always so professional and polite AND QUICK with repairs! The concierge and staff alone are enough to get me through to another renewal (hopefully). Curtis, Musa, Anthony, Val… what lovely people!”
“A splendid complex of apartments, very modern, well finished and inhabited by very polite people.
The doormen are always very kind and helpful.
It has a shared swimming pool on the 7th floor (rooftop) and a gym.”
“Spring creek is one of the best when I first moved here in the summer and on the weekends it was a little noise but it’s very calm they have amazing events that are so fun. The only thing is sometimes they get the mail mixed up.other than that me and my family love it here.”
“I just moved here in January and I immediately regretted living here because no one was getting back to me with simple issues with AC, washing machine, etc. Then REM took over the building in June and everything turned around for the better. The building is kept clean and free of debris. They hired an awesome Supt, Ariana and she is a hard worker and super cool. The Property Manager, Shpresa is so responsive and sweet. You can tell that she cares and is determined to help you out. I don't think I am ever leaving this place!! Love it her!!”

“The building staff here are all wonderful. I'm probably going to botch some of the name's spelling here, but everyone has been warm, welcoming, and super helpful in our time at 80 Dekalb - From Sam, Lumi, Franklin at the front desk to Sammy, Alan, Himzo, Haxji, JC, and Garfield with the building maintenance, to Tim and his team in the office, to the package room team; they are all extremely polite, professional, and super helpful. I even had a completely shot battery in my car one evening, couldn't even be jumped, and as Haxji was getting ready to end his shift he offered me a ride to autozone and even helped me install it...I don't know any Landlord team that I've experienced in my years in NYC that would have done this...As for construction noise in some of the reviews below, I have to say....you're in NYC! I feel like there's always construction in NYC, and especially Brooklyn nowadays. One thing we've learned about NYC when we moved here many years ago is you will never have everything you want in a place. You have to weigh the pros and cons, and if some construction noise during the day time is what you absolutely hate then maybe Brooklyn in this area isn't for you. I am just reviewing the building and staff experience here that my wife and I have had, and it's been a great experience. I feel like that's what these reviews should be; not something that is out of the control of the building's hands, such as when and what construction projects happen in the area surrounding the area...”
“Rafael helped get me back to my Apt at middle of night, when the ball lock locked is inside, also helped me solve the strange sound caused by the high wind, excellent observation!”
