Free People on Smith Street is a small but nice space. The selection is not great, with many sale rack items not actually on sale. However, customers are totally thrilled with their purchases, loving items like gladiator sandals and skirt sets. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. They greet customers warmly, are happy to chat or allow solo shopping, and provide great communication when answering questions. They do not approach customers unprompted, which some prefer. The store is also dog-friendly, with biscuits on hand.

Not a great selection, a lot of items on the sale rack aren't even on sale. Staff was very friendly and helpful though and the space was small but nice.

Love visiting Free People on Smith St! The employees always greet us warmly, are happy to chat or let us have time to shop solo if we want, and are super accommodating with any questions or concerns. And there are biscuits on hand to ensure our dog has a great visit, too!
