The level of service between NY and Florida doesn't even come close, but Vanessa from Kitchen designs made our experience much better. We bought laminated wood floor and she even made arrangements with the provider for delivery.

great customer service at this location. ellis helped me pick out, cut, and size some artificial grass for my dogs and was so helpful. i’m also genuinely impressed that all of the staff know where to find anything I ask for in this huge store!
