They don't even try to deliver the package, they just send a notification that I wasn't at home, but I'm at home today, they just drop the notification in the mailbox. People go to work and don't always have the opportunity to arrive on time. The packages also have a phone number, but there are no calls from them.

What do you think. Its a federal job. They don't care. They will leave you waiting. For them, the less they the better.
