“I went into the store with my grandmother to get a replacement phone for her and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. The store has great service I give them a five-star rating. I'm personally long-term Verizon wireless customer support but I have to say that T-Mobile is right up there with Verizon from what I can see so far from this particular location I like the way that they treated my grandmother and I have absolutely positively no complaints at all like I said I give this story of five star rating.
On another note while we were in the store waiting there was a couple of customers that came in that were being loud and obnoxious and the staff were very professional and still treated those people very politely and professionally. They handle themselves very well so although I'm how long time Verizon wireless customer for the last 20 years at least I still would recommend this store for the service provided to the T-Mobile network and for the store staff and the way that they conduct themselves.”

“Marc was excellent, patient, hooked up all of our contacts, emails, etc. Paid off our Verizon phones & lowered our payments monthly with brand new Samsung s25s. I had what were probably stupid questions for him & he never made me feel that way, and did not rush anything. There were walk ins but he honored our appointment & took us when scheduled. We love the phones so far, & I texted him after we left with another goofy question & got a helpful reply minutes later. Very happy!”

She got his contacts on his new phone and showed him all the features he could use on his phone. She was an absolute all star. “We have been with ColoCrossing for 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about their service. As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them.I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.”

It was a very pleasant experience. The store was clean and spacious, the wait time was short, and all the employees were friendly and helpful.”
