“Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. Highly recommended going here cause not only is the service great but the price of the plan was incredibly cheaper than my plan with tmobile that I had for 15 years. 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends. “Someone recommended Boost Mobile & this location in particular. I'm so glad they did. I had an LG phone which was starting to malfunction something awful & LG phones are now obsolete. I also had Spectrum as my carrier. I only had Cable TV ($200 @month) & 2 unlimited phones ($90 @month). Not internet & I did not use WiFi. You have to have 2 services. I finally talked my Mom into switching. Well, Spectrum is notorious for terrible customer service. And, it took a long time even though Aziz is a technical genius. I've learned to be patient & while I waited I talked to the owner, Brett. He is an extremely personable guy. I assured him I would give him the glowing reviews he deserves on here & on other platforms. We hit it off. And, here's the kicker: Because it took so long & I promised to promote him - he gave me a $300 Motorola phone for free! And, I love my new phone! Thanks, Brett. You are amazing!”

“So let me just say I went for new activation for T Mobile, for an Asus Rog 5S. Mike was the rep who helped me. An let me just say he was absolutely amazing! This guy was lightning fast, while still being super personable. Was really one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this location for its quality, cleanliness, efficiency.”
“I went into the store with my grandmother to get a replacement phone for her and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. The store has great service I give them a five-star rating. I'm personally long-term Verizon wireless customer support but I have to say that T-Mobile is right up there with Verizon from what I can see so far from this particular location I like the way that they treated my grandmother and I have absolutely positively no complaints at all like I said I give this story of five star rating.
On another note while we were in the store waiting there was a couple of customers that came in that were being loud and obnoxious and the staff were very professional and still treated those people very politely and professionally. They handle themselves very well so although I'm how long time Verizon wireless customer for the last 20 years at least I still would recommend this store for the service provided to the T-Mobile network and for the store staff and the way that they conduct themselves.”
