“This is the place to go if you need a brick-and-mortar Verizon.
Rhine was a champ, and whatever they’re paying this man, it should be more. He moved a business line from AT&T and sat on the phone with the rep FOR us and jumped through all the hoops when they tried to give us the runaround. He actually ended up solving the issue before the AT&T rep did. All while transferring two iPhones and setting up someone else’s Bluetooth (and checking in with us to make sure we knew what was going on). Followed up with us via text to make sure all promos went through and answered all our questions. Stellar.
Other Verizon reps were polite, thoughtful, and knew what they were talking about—plenty of folks came in while we were there and got their issues resolved. Highly recommend.”
