I wish I could give them less than 1-star….ATM messed up my check deposit, and instead of helping, staff were rude and dismissive. Customer service was even worse—30 days to fix their mistake is unacceptable. I can’t believe this is the first time a bank has actually made me look for an alternative.

I had bad experience I am customer of M&T bank more than ten years every other branch is good and helpful except this branch their customer service is so bad , you will never wish to go back specifically miss Rodriguez.but last time I went there was 2021.

I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was the worst I’ve encountered—completely unhelpful and dismissive. The tailor was especially rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
