I went to verizon on Niagara Falls blvd, what a horrible experience. Waited over an hour with associate standing around chatting telling us they are low staff. Been with Verizon over 10 years and definitely the customer service experience going downhill. Would consider switching to another carrier.

Rude counter guy, lied to me, said I didn't call first, and refused to take my old obsolete router and set top boxes! Lying to my face is unexcusable!

Horrible rude people. Asked for help pairing my Apple Watch to my I phone 16. All products purchased from this store. I was told it is $30 To do this in a rude way. I would rate them a 0!
