“I was thrilled with my experience! Not only did I find out covid test kits were free with my insurance, but the pharmacist showed me how to (tap) my new credit card to pay, I know the technology has been around for years but 1st experience for me!”
“Pretty small store but that shouldn’t stop you from stopping by. Got a slice of pizza and some pasta salad for lunch as I am on the go. Drinks where cold and the employees are friendly. They have a bathroom in the corner but I didn’t have to visit.”

“Lots of semi truck parking spots, even if you come at 11pm at night you will still find a spot to park. Keep it clean though drivers, there are not that many places that let you park for free”
“Definitely the better gas station in Bergen! Everyone is always in a good mood and they have a great selection.
Sometimes I get stale snacks so I think inventory replenishment could improve”

“Even though it is a Kwik Fill, it is a mom and pop kind of place. They have 4 pumps and a store. The store was small but had a lot of goods inside. Even though the station is on a corner its more like on peninsula. The employees were friendly”

“Jeffrey in carry out deserves a promotion or a raise! I worked retail 11 years and know how customer service should be, and he went above and beyond for me! I ordered a breakfast pizza and it wasn't done in the time frame he had told me over the phone, he asked me if there was any dessert I was thinking about getting tonight and offered to pay for it out of his own pocket because he had felt bad for making me wait, I kindly declined, but that is an employee you want to keep around- good customer service is hard to come by these days and his was the best I have received from anyone, anywhere in a very long time!”

“This gas station has changed management and the owner of the gas station has changed. They are better than the previous management. I recommend visiting it. All the bad evaluation is from the previous management.”
“I went there with my mother on two different days. Everything looked pretty well stocked. No messes around. The prices were much better than the one's in NYC. Two different cashier's that were both female. Helpful, & very respectful.Thanks. ?”

“My first Quicklees experience, and it was a very pleasant one. While the inside looks like all the other modern roadside fuel, snack and go places, with the notable exception of a pocket Tim Hortons for java and donuts, the gas station piece is a nice upgrade from the traditional. It is bright and electronic and easy to use. EV charging stations are present and in use. The only downside came from the effect of cold weather on the gas pump touch screens. Although it quicklee accepted my credit card, the level of octane needed wouldn't respond to my fingers touch/push. I had to return inside to ask the cashier for help. She was friendly and recognized the problem as my hands being too dry and cold for the screen to respond. She rubbed her hands against her clothing and tactiled the appropriate part of the screen. The light for the premium grade went on and I was in business. She turned an annoyance into a learning moment with her response and positivity. Now I know. Quicklees has a lot of promise. Of course, having a Timmy's inside every operation is also a good thing.”
“I love crosby's and I was happy when we got one in Batavia. This store is great. Love the coffee, pizza and the service. Staff is all wonderful. They are pleasant and happy and they always make me feel welcome and special. Also I love the cleanliness of the store and the new parking lot. Great job .”

“Couldn't really complain about this place I bought some pre-made foods that were delicious I remember when this location was a Wilson farms there wasn't many coffee pots made, but the cashier was very nice I was in the store last night about 10PM very nice and cool under pressure. Like I said I stopped in to get a quick bite and this store delivered I will go here again when I need a trip away from home for a quick stop.”

“I was having a horrible day trying to just get a ham and cheese sub, a very polite young women named koryn greeted me and held a conversation while making my sub, it’s the little things in life that can make someone’s day better and this was one of them!! Very good job to that young women and the store for hiring a representative like her!”

“Stopped in for a drink and a quick snack. Hottest food I have ever seen at a Speedway or 7-11. This is including rollers and hot case. However, disappointing on the lack of items available. Stars would of been lower based on selection, but I still can’t get over the temperatures of the food!”

If we do have any issues with a prescription, they are beyond helpful trying to fix it. “Got a cold greek sub with everything on it and it was absolutely heavenly! The innards to bread ration was beyond perfection. The customer service was phenomenal. Very warm, light-hearted and kind. I will definitely be making it a point to come here more often. Especially since Southside deli isn't what it used to be.”
