Sean Howarth was patient and completely explanatory about all sorts of options available. No pressure at all. Shay met me at the car to explain all the details. Great asset both of them are. “This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up.
As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget.
I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.”

Barbra in the office was acomodating despite the fact I was in a bit of a time crunch and i came in at the last minute. And the repairman Wilson had the job done within 45 min (fixed a bent rim, balancing all tires AND rotation) all for less the half the cost of replacing the bent rim at the dealer. “I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”
“We went here with plans to strictly get 2 tires on a car we had just bought 9 days prior. . Problems arose with our brake line as well as other things went wrong with the car at the same time. We had no idea so many things were wrong with it. These people were so helpful! Maria was very kind and the mechanics were amazing! They even cut their lunch short to get our car fixed and get us back on the road. With all that went wrong with this car, I guarantee any other place would have had to keep the car to do it. I recommend this shop over any other! I’ll definitely be using them again. Thank you so much for all your help!”

“Well deserved of 5 stars. On Saturday, I decided to take my 2015 Toyota Highlander to Village Auto Repair... with some reservation not wanting an unknown mechanic to take me for a ride. You guys all know what I mean. There I met Omar. I told him about my issue. The check engine light came on, giving an error code P0302 (misfiring on cylinder 2). The vehicle was shaking under acceleration. I was worry i might have compression issues in the cylinder, thinking i would have to fork-up thousands. Omar was very nice and told me he would check and let me know the issue. He told me the car would be worked on Tuesday (election day). Omar called me on Tuesday and gave me the good news that my vehicle was ready. I was surprised! My vehicle end up having electrical issues. Village Auto Repair was very reasonable in price, super knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Well done Omar. ? I will recomend your shop to anyone in need of a mechanic.”

“Top notch auto dealer. I am almost hesitating to leave a positive review- seems like the better the reviews the more competition there is for future vehicles. All jokes aside, I came from 90min away- test drove a truck and bought it within 15 minutes. I knew what I wanted but the service after the purchase decision was top notch. They serviced the truck and replaced and parts of question. No pressure sales environment- the vehicles on the lot seem to be selected based on quality not quantity. I talked to a great deal of dealers theast 3 weeks. All had secret fees or some nonsense that gets you out the door wondering how you can buy food or the gas to get the new vehicle home- not this place. I was not surprised by anything except the lack of surprises. 5/5 stars.
Just an update 3 months later. The truck has been phenomenal. My family and I very much enjoy it. Top quality vehicle.”
