“Fleet Feet had been referred to me. I was greeted as I entered (not in a sales-pushy way) with interest as to why I came and what were the needs/concerns that I had; and was honest about the wait time, which turned out to be tailored for each person's benefit! Comprehensive attention by knowledge, caring associate who represented the company in the way that customer service should be delivered (esp. in today's day/age)! I am, 'my feet' (knees, bunion, shins) absolutely feel the relieving, supportive comfort with new purchase; game-changing experience, not just a sale, thank you.”
“I'm not sure of his name, he was the older man working at the store, he was so great and very helpful. This was my first time buying steel/composite safety shoes so 'safe' to say I did not know anything. I also arrived in the store late but he helped me anyway guiding me to what would pass the requirements for a jobsite I was going to. He asked good questions about my type of work, time of year, uses and then measured my foot and walking pattern for the best shoe and accessories. I was in and out within about 20 minutes with shoes that I love and good soles to help my feet. I will highly recommend to anyone buying to go in person. Experience cannot be beat. Also I bought men shoes because the selection was better, they fit just fine.”

“Everyone in the store is extremely nice and inviting. They have tons of sizes of everything from formal wear to casual. I went in to buy a suit for a funeral and they really went the extra mile to make sure I had it when I needed it, which was ASAP. Prices are shockingly low and the quality/brands you won't find elsewhere. I am extremely impressed.”
“I am very grateful to have Dr. Edelman as my podiatrist! I came to him after having two extremely poor surgery outcomes from a different podiatry group. I had just about resigned myself to walking and standing in constant pain, when I finally made an appointment with Dr. Edelman. He is very personable and clearly explained the surgery procedure he would be doing to reconstruct my foot. His office staff is also quite friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and my aftercare has been excellent. I had a mishap at home the day after surgery and was advised to come in and be seen. Despite being his day off, Dr. Edelman immediately came into the office and took great care of me. I absolutely recommend Dr. Edelman to anyone needing podiatry care.”
“Amazing owner who came through in time for Christmas! Unfortunately, my son and I were defrauded by an impostor with a fake Instagram account that looks similar to Ambition. My son had been working odd jobs and saving for weeks for these shoes and when I called to check on the order I realized we sent money to a fraudulent account. Nick came up with a great solution and was even able to get my son his shoes shipped and arrived in time for Christmas. My son was beyond thrilled! So grateful for small business owners with fantastic customer service!”

“Just like TJ Maxx and the like but nicer stuff, well organized, great prices.Had a funny experience where I watched a man ask for a bag for 2 full-size suitcases. Like the size above carry-on and the largest in a set of 3. The clamshell type with 4 swivel wheels and handles that he used to wheel them up to the counter. He opened the larger one to put them together and tried to cram the medium one into it without unzipping the inside covers. The girl at the counter just kind of stood back because he was pissed she didn't have a bag big enough for his luggage. It was fun to watch karma get someone.”
“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

But, I am limited in my ability to assist my wife as she purses an outfit for her branding shoot. This is where the Ann Taylor staff come on the scene. They are responsive and capable. They know all the pieces, their colors and sizes. They run back and forth from the floor to the dressing room, helping a desperate woman acquire all she needs to dress for success.The Ann Taylor staff are the real MVPS today.”

“We came here on Saturday August 30th, we were visiting from Montreal and happened to be staying in the area.
My boyfriend was shopping for a pair of supportive walking shoes. I read some reviews prior to coming that this place was specialized in running footwear so imagined it would be ideal for us. We were so pleased with the service and technology used here to assess your needs.
They have a machine that scans your feet and renders a 3D image, they are able to measure your exact size, your pressure point areas, instep, arch, etc and recommend shoes that would be a good fit for your needs. I've never seen something so detailed and precise - we do not have this type of technology in any store back home.
We were dealing with a female employee that day who was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to assist us and treated us with the most care in a retail setting l that we've possibly ever had. I unfortunately did not get her name, but she mentioned she was also a teacher. So if you happen to be reading this and know who you are - thank you again, so much!
The employee even went so far as to put the shoes on for us, tie the laces and everything. This really amazed us. Once we could not find the color we wanted, she even helped us look at other surrounding stores for more options.
We did not buy anything that day, but really appreciated the level of care and expertise - this store is really the ideal place to come get supportive shoes whether you are running or just walking on a day to day basis. They sell lots of insoles and other types of running gear that is suited for someone who wants specialized apparel.
Highly recommend Feet Fleet - just make sure you take the time to get your analysis done and try on different footwear, this will be a different experience compared to a regular shoe store.”
