“I’m leaving a four star bc I am a business owner myself and I understand the importance of positive reviews, however I went there for the first time yesterday, Friday Dec. 22, at 3:30pm, and no one answered the phones. I ran over there anyway, to find the storefront windows were covered in brown paper and the door locked. As if they weren’t in business. If they moved from Salina street why haven’t they haven’t posted a new address online, or posted a photo of the new building, and if they are out of business then why did someone leave a review 5 days ago and why are their phones still going to their voicemail? It’s more than a bit peculiar.”
“Always a must go for me at the mall. Nick and the team have a WIDE VARIETY of new shoes, hype beast items, clothing, collectibles, trading cards and more! They also have a great pre-loved section too for stuff pre worn and priced accordingly to condition. The key master game is always a hit too and Nick takes care of his customers very well. Be sure to give them some support and they’ll look at your stuff too for trades or selling. There is a lot of shoe knowledge in this place and if they don’t immediately have what you’re looking for, just ask them and they usually can find something within a few days or so. Great store, environment, selection and everything. Go check them out and show some love!!”
“At first, I was sketched because I wasn’t sure what to expect from this small shoe store. I was impressed at the fact the shoe store staff got on my first order right away the next day and already shipped it out. This process is actually much faster and better than other big companies’ operations, where you’d have to wait for days for your order to be “processed” first. By the way, the price on the Men’s ADIDAS OG SAMBA shoes were off the chart, too!
Anyway, boo on the first order though because the associate who packed my order accidentally sent me size 12 in US men size instead of 11 1/2. It was simply an error, but I contacted the store. The store manager resolved it quickly and immediately sent me another (correct) order, and I received it the following week.
10/10 recommend this store. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a small store, but the staff really work hard to please their customers. I can’t complain. 👋🙏”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the BOGO offer at the store today. I was trying on a variety of styles and was getting a bit frustrated, until Krystal offered to assist me, she really went the extra mile to help me find both the right style, as well as the right color for me!
Krystal was very invested in getting me what was best for me. We also had a few good laughs along the way.?

“Dr Edelman was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I liked his since of humor and made me feel welcome - the nurse that brought me back was very pleasant and the front staff were funny …. Office a bit dated but who cares as long as you are getting great service - I came due to slight ankle pains and my problem was resolved”
“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“I came in with my toddler to look for a pair of combat-esque boots for myself. Efficiently shopping with a 3 year old is nearly impossible so I kept my expectations low. Merra immediately greeted us, asked what we were looking for and for whom. She said “here’s our boot selection, try on as many as you want. I got the kid”, and without hesitation she ran after my toddler. She was fantastic, truly went above and beyond! Jyair too was wonderful, so warm and welcoming. I cannot stress enough how exceptional their service was.
I found a pair of Doc Martens and checked out. They gave my toddler some Halloween candy and sent us on our way. Later I found out that they do not earn commission. This is disheartening as I am confident I wouldn’t have made that purchase were it not for your phenomenal employees. It’s been a couple of weeks and the boots were absolutely the perfect fit. I’ll be back to see them again soon. Thank you again Merra and Jyair!”

Being located in the basement with direct parking access is a huge plus, making for a quick and hassle-free trip. What really stood out was the efficiency of their online order pickup. I placed my order online and within a day, my shoes were waiting for me right behind the counter. It was a seamless and speedy experience. If you're looking for a good selection of shoes and a convenient shopping experience, especially for online order pickups, this DSW is definitely worth checking out.”

“Went in this past weekend because my Sk8-Hi MTEs had a delaminating issue with the sole. Got them returned and a full refund no questions asked. On top of that the store manager let me know he would be putting in a quality concern for this product.
The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. These types of interactions will ensure me and my family are life time customers!
