“The TJ Maxx in College Point, Queens is an absolute gem! I’ve had two parties I needed to attend to this month and on both occasions, I’ve been able to purchase a perfect dress the day of!On Friday, I needed a dress to attend a wedding the same day!I arrived at 10:06 am and left with a dress, clutch and matching shoes by 10:50 am!Luz, who works on the maintenance team, sprung into action when I was trying on shoes and asking her opinion while also telling her I was on a time crunch. She proceeded to tell me “I saw you from down the aisle, those are too big, go for a smaller size.” And she proceeded to help me get the smaller size and watched me walk with them, after she approved, she immediately went to help me find a matching clutch.I thanked her so much and her parting words were, “Con un buen maquillaje, te vas a ver muy bien!”While at the register, I asked to speak with the manager. I let the manager know how thankful I was for Luz for helping me for my last minute wedding errand and he thanked me for the feedback.The staff, the store selection at College Point is such a gem! I will be back ?P.S. I hope Luz gets to see this post and approves of the maquillaje ?”

“It's the only Home Goods in Manhattan so you better love it or be ready to travel way outside of the borough to get your tchotchkes, tableware, candles and Halloween gear. That said I really like their staff and have made some good finds here. Please be nice to the staff. It's hard to find staff that's helpful,pleasant and not weird. Doubling down on how awesome the staff is here. I had an awful retail experience today but I left that awful store and got what I needed at Home. Goods cheaper than where I was treated like the worst kind of second-class citizen at Rainbow Ace Hardware on the Upper East Side. And because this store is so cool and they let dogs in I got to meet the cutest little dog that just made my day. Keep doing what you guys do over there! Can't show you enough appreciation.”

“With spring and Easter coming this is your must visit store. They have plenty of cute Easter decor and planters. This is a pretty good home goods store, good collection and well maintained. They have everything from very good quality bedding sets, coffee mugs, kitchen supplies, sofas, carpets , paintings and what not. Sometimes the amount of stuff can be overwhelming. They have good amount stationary and some cute toys too..They have a huge collection of pet supplies including beds, toys and chews. Now you can see a lot of Indian Diyas and decoration..Over all a good store”

“Good selection of clothes to choose from and decent prices. The store front is well-decorated especially during the holidays. However, the aisles are a little narrow making it harder to get through. Most employees are polite although some of them could be friendlier.”
“My go to store for household items I may need or 75% Christmas decorations! You really can't beat that. They have household cleaning supplies, placemats, decorations, gift bags, hangers, snacks - all at a discounted price. I love that this is in Greenpoint, a quick 10 minute walk from my apartment if I am need of a household item and don't feel like spending more money on the same item as Amazon or Target. A routine regular store I visit at least 1-2 times a month.”
