“The TJ Maxx in College Point, Queens is an absolute gem! I’ve had two parties I needed to attend to this month and on both occasions, I’ve been able to purchase a perfect dress the day of!On Friday, I needed a dress to attend a wedding the same day!I arrived at 10:06 am and left with a dress, clutch and matching shoes by 10:50 am!Luz, who works on the maintenance team, sprung into action when I was trying on shoes and asking her opinion while also telling her I was on a time crunch. She proceeded to tell me “I saw you from down the aisle, those are too big, go for a smaller size.” And she proceeded to help me get the smaller size and watched me walk with them, after she approved, she immediately went to help me find a matching clutch.I thanked her so much and her parting words were, “Con un buen maquillaje, te vas a ver muy bien!”While at the register, I asked to speak with the manager. I let the manager know how thankful I was for Luz for helping me for my last minute wedding errand and he thanked me for the feedback.The staff, the store selection at College Point is such a gem!
