“Sam was AMAZING!!! Buying a mattress is so difficult but he made it really stress free for me and my girlfriend. Last time I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm, I ended up exchanging the mattress but got charged a huge additional restocking fee that wasn't expected so I was really nervous about buying a new mattress because I didn't want to have to return it. Sam assured us that if we don't like it, he will not charge us the restocking or return fee which really put my mind at ease. He wasn't pushy at all. He was friendly and listened to our needs and helped guide us to options that would work for us that were within our price range. Me and my girlfriend are moving the 1st of December in the next month so we were looking for a mattress that was just right for the both of us. He made it such a breeze and a no brainer. From explaining how important sleep actually was to explaining what the mattress is made of and all about adjustable bases. If it wasnt for him, we wouldnt have found the first perfect mattress.
