“I had the best experience here! A little after 5pm, I noticed my rear bumper was hanging off… I’m not sure how it happened. I walked into the collision center ten minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away and told to come back another time. Instead, Cindy and Eva were so quick to help. Jeff came out and quickly fixed my bumper and replaced a piece I was missing. He even buffed a scratch off! The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Everyone was so genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.”

“They gave me a clear, detailed estimate with no hidden fees, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The bodywork and paint matching are absolutely flawless. You literally cannot tell where the repair starts and the original paint ends. The color, texture, and finish are perfect, even under bright sunlight.
What really impressed me was their attention to detail: they fixed minor trim scratches I hadn’t even noticed. If you need bodywork, paint, or collision repair, I cannot recommend J Smitty Automotive enough.”

“After having been rear ended and trying to find a place to get an estimate for the insurance company Dan at TACS Autobody stepped out and knocked it out of the park. They fit me in the same day and were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! The insurance company accepted their estimate with no questions and they issued my check. Calling around so many shops would not even look at my car for two weeks. I highly recommend TACS for any service you may require and a personal thanks to Dan for making a stressful situation much more bearable. :)”

“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. When something was not perfect with a recent repair, they not only took the time after all payments were made to diagnose and rectify it but asked that I come back in a few weeks

Jose provided consistent, clear communication, and the text updates were frequent but not overboard. I dropped it off after hours and got immediate notification the next morning that Will had started to evaluate my vehicle for the insurance estimate which was completed in prompt and timely manner. Joe did a fantastic job on the body work! He was able to match the grille I had previously upgraded to and installed before the deer wrecked it, he is clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I live on a dirt road so it’s not often that I see my car as squeaky clean as Mike made it when I returned to pick it up this morning.
