“I am beyond grateful for the outstanding service I received today. I was trying to send a package and I was struggling with getting the package ready and trying to care for my two little ones. It was becoming impossible. Just when I was about to give up and try a different day the women who were working saw me struggling and helped me right away. There were two women who came around the counter and brought out toys for my little ones , I believe their names were Careen and Jeanette. Jeanette helped entertain my little ones while another women named Hani got my package already to ship. There are no words to describe how incredibly thankful I am for the love that was shown today. They do Passport Photos and full application review and processing. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Rose who took the time and patience to review my application and fix any missing areas, confirm my supporting documents and even provide me with information on how to obtain a clean and new Birth Certificate via the Vital Records website. Ms. Rose was a pleasure to work with and made this process very pleasant. She was quick, intelligent and helpful.
