“I came into his Verizon location in panic with my old phone, thank God Hus and frank were there and they let me in the store before they open at 10 AM. My old phone had all sorts of scam and apps on it. They took their time to find me the best option. I am leaving very happy with above and beyond service and with a gorgeous new phone ! “I went to the Verizon store because I was experiencing a lot of difficulty with customer service attempting to rectify an issue with my service and billing. The manager, Kevin and two of his colleagues, Dajour and Bryant spent much time and energy over two days supporting me through what would’ve been a situation that caused me to switch to a different company. Their genuine caring and compassion throughout the situation was the type of customer service that just does not exist anymore. If you have never been to the Verizon store on route 300 in NEWBURGH, I highly suggest that you make it your business to go and request one of these three gentlemen. They are truly incredible souls.”
“Highly recommend this store!! Was mainly taken care of by Stephan who was very fast efficient and took care of multiple people back to back without any issue. The staff during multiple visits were super knowledgeable kind and helpful. Elijah helped with some customer service issues and worked out any questions we had in the beginning and Kyrese and Stephan helped take care of the further phone care that was needed. All in all it was truly a 5 star experience. These guys are really good workers!!”
“Switching from ATT to Verizon, while also switching from Apple to Android is an intimidating process, but Jeff at this Verizon location was absolutely incredible. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, explained every, tiny thing so thoroughly. He made this process so easy, even when I ran into some minor issues. He's the best out there! The other employees I briefly spoke to were also very nice. If management sees this, please reward Jeff! A++”

“Amazing to deal with... I bought 25 tablet cases for our charity which did not fit. UC let me exchange them free of charge for ones which did and threw in tempered glass screen protectors for free as well. I can't recommend them for their customer service enough”

“Well stocked neat and clean store. Not enough cashiers at the registers. Yes they do have ample self check out. Unfortunately when you are doing a major Target run the line for the one and only Human Cashier can be lengthy. I have seen customers abandon their cart and leave the store. This lack of customer service is the usual topic of conversation amongst the patrons on line.”

“The ladies who work here are what make the store honestly. It's all about the staff there. I have such a nice interaction every time I go there probably twice a month that I had to write a review. There's an older woman that works the register and she has saved me money a half a dozen times giving me heads up about deals and reminding me to put my phone number in. She's everyone's grandma. I wish I knew names and will edit to add them when I can”
