Pet Grooming

A Bark Bath & Beyond
150 Main St, CortlandWow, what a fantastic experience! I took my husky to A Bark Bath & Beyong for a deshedding and bath, and when we got him back, he was so soft and didn’t leave a single hair behind! I highly recommend them! The staff and owner are incredibly helpful and kind.

Cortland Veterinary Hospital
4056 West Rd, CortlandWe absolutely love Cortland Vet Hospital! Dr. Shing and the staff are the best! They always go above and beyond for our babies.
One of our babies is now diabetic, so lots of visits and new changes for us. But they are, as usual, amazing.
Thank you for everything, Cortland Vet Hospital!!

CNY SNAP
17 Salisbury Street, CortlandThis is a great organization that does an amazing job supporting families with pets in our community. The volunteers and staff that they have are the best, and I would recommend to anyone that has the ability to donate to support the work they do.

Pet Sitting & Training

Homefront Canine
4294 US-11, CortlandAs a first time dog owner, I was intent on having a “trained” dog. I signed up for canine 101 and wow- I ended up with a “trained” me and a much better way of communicating with my dog. After that, we happily went to canine 201, 301 and reactive dog class. I cannot say enough about how much fun, learning and bonding with your dog each class brings. We love Homefront Canine!

Coffee Mania
1142 NY-222, CortlandEvery time we come to NY to visit our daughter and her family we hit this Coffee Mania at last twice. This time it was three times in 4 days. The drinks are always refreshing, made fresh and extremely tasty. We love how you can get just about any flavor you crave. They also keep most Republic of Tea flavors on hand, which is great when you don't feel like waiting on an order from online. I even joked about opening a franchise in Knoxville, TN. Keep up the great work and we'll be sure to stop in again next time we're in town.

Coffee Mania
160 Port Watson St, CortlandWe go to coffee mania all the time. Today I went to get smoothies and asked for an extra cup so I can have my girls share a smoothie and they wanted to charge 1.50 for just a plastic cup. I was not impressed. I’m hoping that this was a once in a life time but I will have to change coffee shops if it keeps happening.

Cortland Beer Company
16 Court St, CortlandThis place was amazing, the selection & prices, you can even sample before. Seriously though it was much more affordable than I thought it would be. I’ll be there ever to refill my jugs.

Dougs Fish Fry
3638 NY-281, CortlandThe food was pretty good, staff was very quick to help. Honestly the fish was good but the chicken was amazing. Not many choices in cortland and this is worth a try if you like fish. A little on the expensive side but kind of expected due to where they are located.

BRIX - brick oven pub
60 Main St, CortlandVery cute bar in cortland. Was surprised it wasn't more busy to be honest. They have tables and a wrap around bar that you can order food at. I sat at the bar and got a pizza. Very good pizza considering the area. Its brick oven which helps a ton. Idk how often he works but if you get the chance to have the guy bartender w the manbun hes one of the best bartenders ive ever interacted with. Great combination of drink knowledge, humor, personality, and flare. Def would recommend chatting it up with him if he works when you go. Only real knock on this bar is the lack of ppl there tbh. Definitely enjoyed my time none the less
