“Katonah Shipping is a great local business with great owners and employees. I’ve been using their services for two years now and they are always helpful, welcoming and greet me with a smile. Recently, I had a very complicated return to make that involved 10 extremely large, heavy packages - not only did they make me feel like I was welcome in their store, they actively helped me solve the problem with my return, load my truck, repackage materials and coordinate the shipping labels. Even on a busy Friday with other patrons in and out of the store, they made sure solving my shipment was a priority for them. They approached the situation with empathy and experience. “The front desk staff was amazingly friendly, nice and accommodating. We had to pick up a package that could not be delivered because our warehouse had to close early. The driver was not going to be back until after closing but the staff let us stay and wait to get our package. Then Leo went above and beyond to help us get the very heavy box to our car in the pouring rain. So nice to encounter such helpful and friendly people at the end of an especially challenging day.”
