“This review is long overdue, but still well deserved. In 2022, I finally got my basic open water dive certification. I cannot thank Chris and staff (especially Scuba Jay) for their expertise, apparent care, and honest patience. On my first open dive, I had some struggles and couldn’t finish, but because they truly care about their students, they allowed me to come back and retake some pool classes. I came back more confident and I know it was due to their care. I’m beyond thrilled to call Dip n Dive “my dive shop.” Between the great prices and enthusiasm shown, I can’t imagine having gone anywhere else! PS: Advanced dived cert next? I’m thinking yes!”
“Walked in knew what i wanted and Mike made it happen. Unfortunately the elliptical I purchased had some issues. When I contacted Mike he said dont worry I want you happy. G and G stepped to the plate and agreed to allow me to purchase a different elliptical. Great service from a locally owned business is important! G and G will get my business when I need exercise equipment in the future. Thank u Mike.”

Not a fan of the Bills (Raiders) nor the Sabres (Habs!), but my youngest loves the Bills, loves sports cards, and Dave & Adam’s is the place to be for those two things and more!
There is a STELLAR collection of signed helmets (authentic, on-field and replica) jerseys, posters, pictures &c., &c., &c. It’s like you’re at an HOF when you walk the wall of helmets and jerseys.
If you’re into sports cards and Buffalo’s two major sports teams, look NO further. You could spend a year’s pay just buying their Josh Allen collection (auto, RPA, patch, rookie, and every other variation known to man.
They have incredible cards of all sports and TCG as well. If you’re looking for any manner of cards, chances are you can find it there.
Amazing, amazing store. You could spend hours browsing all the merchandise.
And, as if that’s not enough, they host autograph signings, too.
It is your ONE-STOP shop for all things Bills, Sabres, cards, jerseys, helmets, and more!”

“Very dangerous store. Just kidding! They actually have a very large selection of shoes, boots, sandals, socks etc. my son wears a size 13 shoe and they had plenty in stock for him, different colors and brands.And although I don't have a toddler I was smitten by the very tiny Doc Marten boots.”

“Service 5 I've been having foot pain and wanted to buy a new pair of sneakers that might help. The salesman and the assistant manager were very helpful. The manager suggested gel inserts to ease the plantar fasciitis type of pain instead of buying a new pair of sneakers. He said the soles and general condition of my sneakers was good. The $25 inserts are providing some relief. That was nice of them to show me an alternative instead of spending up to $80 in a new pair of sneakers. Next time I need a new pair of shoes I'll be back. It's good to have decent customer service which is hard to find these days.”

“Probably one of the better shops in that mall that has officially licsensed Buffalo sports gear. They didn't have the specific style I was looking for but the staff was very helpful trying to find me what I was looking for. It being summer up there and the size of the store isn't was a big deal but still the people working there was great to try to cater to what I was looking for. Maybe my next visit.”

My daughter ordered a pair of sneakers ONLINE from the store in Maryland .my daughter received the wrong sneakers and it was for her Father for Father's day she is not happy at all.I know mistakes happen however let's see how accommodating they will be for their mistake. Maria the store manager at the Amherst location was very helpful, went above and beyond to call customer service for my daughter and assisted her all the way from making sure she sent the email properly. I see why she is a manager. OUTSANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She could od said it's online call them ..not my problem but she didn't. I appreciate Maria because not all managers are like you I'm just saying.”
