“ASK FOR SUZANNE! My daughter and I were shopping across the road at DSW. I mentioned to her a few times that a New Balance store was across the road and we should take a look. Of course, the teenager declined. Of course, after not being satisfied with the selection she opted for the run across the road. I'M SO GLAD WE DID. We enetered the store was looked at and not acknowledged by a male sales representative, who really doesn't matter. I felt after a quick browse of the store we were not going to receive customer service worthy of our time and money. Boys and girls I was incredibly wrong. Out from the back, I assume she was, as she was not on the sales floor upon our arrival, appears the GREAT SUZANNE. Her greeting, her patience, her time, her knowledge, her energy is all I'd like to share. She measured my daughters feet and was on the move. She wasted no time in asking the right questions and providing several selections based upon the answers given. My daughter was able to have her "footing" corrected with the assistance of Suzanne. My daughter made her choice. I had no intention of making any purchases, however, the service and knowledge that Suzanne provided for my daughter, I decided I wanted a pair of shoes also. Suzanne measured, asked questions and was on the move to provide that wonderful experience again. Amidst our light banter and trying on my selections Suzanne learned something about my daughter and was so happy for her. She went above and beyond her customer service for New Balance and she made a phone call and was able to provide my daughter with some valuable information. I found the shoe I wanted, but, the store did not have my size, sadly. I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF SUZANNE! Did I forget to mention the sneakers that my daughter chose are everything and more where comfort is desired...Suzanne you are remarkable at what you do and who you are...DON'T CHANGE. “Elite Repeat in New City is the ‘caviar’ of consignment shops, and it’s a delight to shop AND consign there.The owner, Ann Marie, has many high end designers such as Dior, Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc… She sells sunglasses, belts, jewelry, shoes, hats, dresses, everything a quality boutique would have but of course, at good discounted prices.To consign with Ann Marie is just as pleasurable as to shop at one of her two stores. Because she is extremely organized and communicates well, I trusted her with my items I had to say goodbye to due to downsizing. She kept track of everything that sold or didn’t sell, not an easy task as I’ve experienced in my dealings with other consignment shops.I highly recommend Elite Repeat to anyone wanting to look like a million bucks, or make a million bucks (latter not to be taken literally of course…).”

“I just love my Pure Barre Bronxville family!!!I was in a bad place mentally and physically, I have hip, knee, and shoulder injuries that stopped me from being active, and a regular gym was not an option, other classes like Yoga or Pilates were not for me because of my physical limitations. I was not happy due to my injuries, physically I was not in the place that I once was and wanted to be, and that affected me mentally. When I found PBB I found my safe and happy place, the classes and instructors are amazing and fun, they modified the exercises to accommodate my injuries. I started my PBB journey at the end on May 2022, taking 2 classes per week, withing a couple of weeks I started to feel the difference so I signed up for the unlimited membership and I've been hooked ever since. In my journey I've lost 28 pounds so far, I feel amazing, my energy level went from 0 to 100, now I have more confidence and my mental health have improved tremendously. I go to class everyday, If I miss a day I feel like I am missing something, I have found an amazing group of friends who lift me and cheer me up when I am feeling down, going to my daily class is like therapy. My instructors are the best, they are one of a kind, thank you, thank you so much. My dress was to be ready in six days, but she called to surprise me in three or four bc she finished early. Maritza is such a kind, warm, loving person. When you talk with her it is as if you’ve known her your entire life. She is extremely communicative about the garment and irons out every detail with you before she begins her work. She is pure magic and I feel renewed and uplifted each time I leave her shop. The owner and staff are all wonderful: sweet, helpful and the shop is very well maintained.
