“Mitch K is so professional , really knows his products and is there to help after the sale. In our case our LG dryer was not picking up the amount of lint that iit is suppose to. I went to him directly and he immediately set up a service call to make sure all is functioning properly, not just the dryer itself, but the installation as well. I recommend going to Mitch at the Carle Place location when you want the best in all categories!!!!”

“Impeccable service here at HI-TEK auto by Ali and his team. The first time I came here, my car was literally on the brink of falling apart and if i had driven any further I'd have to have it towed. But Ali made me feel comfortable and much more relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. He explains things patiently and is empathetic - as many times it is a very stressful situation you're in.I even had to do parent teacher conferences that day and with no way to get home, he let me use the office to sit for a few hours while my car was getting repaired.
