“After seeing a few negative reviews I needed to write a review.I have been dealing with Steve for about 10 to 15 years. I can honestly say Steve stands behind his products he sells. He will do everything to make it right.I purchased 4 Fujitsu Duchess HVAC and he had his installed install them about 1 1/2 years ago. The Installer the old man and his son were so professional. They didn't make a mess in my house and the units were installed neatly. How to I know I saw other pro installers install them and they were a very messy install job.Also Steve's prices are the best. No knock off imitation brand full warranty.”

“Really fast and good service. I purchased a speciality refrigerator from them online on a Saturday and they shipped on Monday. This was across three states (deliver to Massachusetts). I ordered white glove service for an extra fee and that is exactly what I got. It was actually refreshing not having to have amazon as some wierd intermediary where communicating with the seller is through code and amazon site messages (same with ebay). It was even better than ordering direct from the manufacturers website which had shown this item out of stock. I would buy something again from them at any time. The item I purchased was over a couple thousand dollars.”

“I passed by today(May 13th 2020). The gates are closed. I peaked in the window and it appears as if they still have inventory there. There aren’t any signs in the window or anything about hours. I’m not sure if it’s because of the COVID-19 pandemic or not. I called the phone number which is the same as listed on here. Any word on what’s happening? I was trying to give them business but I’ll have to go elsewhere.”

“Happy has better prices than big box competitors (even during their Black Friday sales). There's a limited display, so do your research beforehand and bring them a model number of what you want. In the past 12 years, we have purchased two refrigerators, multiple AC units, a dishwasher, stove, and several microwaves. Timmy and everyone we've dealt with are professionals. Delivery personnel are experienced, fast and on time.”

“Visiting from out of town and needed a few travel size items and cereal and non dairy milk for my son and this was just down from our hotel. It was similarity updated like some back home and I love target so this was no different, I do wish I could have found some NY things here that I couldn't find at home but I didn't see anything. Service was friendly. Selection was decent. Value was very similar to back home in Oregon.”

He took the time to address all my questions and concerns, and I left the store feeling extremely happy with his exceptional service and positive attitude. “I will admit there was some craziness in the beginning I will say that in the end I got the assistance I needed. It wasn't the store that caused the mishaps but I am so glad they were able to help me cause I definitely need my phone for important calls I had been waiting on. The store manager Theresa was such a help. When Theresa was able to resolve my issue it was such a relief and she calmed me once she realized it was already over the run around I was receiving from somewhere else. The store is beautiful and worth going to. Everyone there is polite and they keep up with the covid guidelines for their store. “EXCELLENT customer service provided here by Jahaira. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. She answered all of our questions got us the phones we wanted, and also reviewed all of options to save us the most money, all while doing it with a smile. Due to phone limits we had to create another account and she explained the process. She even reviewed the other account that was opened at another store to make sure we got all the proper promotions. Only minor complaint is that they did not sign us into the queue right when we entered so they lost track of who was supposed to go next so we got skipped over by 2 customers. However, Jahaira's service was worth the wait!”
