“I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store, and I would especially like to recognize Symon, Emily, and Rosa for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Although Symon was still in training, he provided professional, patient, and helpful service throughout the process. He was very attentive and made sure we understood what was going on. Emily had already finished her shift, but she still took the time to stay and help us complete our business. She made sure everything was properly taken care of before leaving, which I really appreciated. Her dedication to helping customers was truly impressive. We also experienced several issues while communicating with the T-Mobile back office, and Rosa stepped in and helped us work through the problems. She was patient, professional, and did her best to find solutions and make sure everything was completed successfully. All three of them provided exceptional service and professionalism, and I am very grateful for their help. They really went above and beyond to make sure our experience ended positively. One piece of feedback for T-Mobile: the back-office process can be quite complicated, and there were situations where the retail employees seemed to have limited ability to resolve issues directly. I hope T-Mobile can consider giving retail employees more authority and flexibility to handle certain situations. This could make things much easier for both employees and customers. Thank you again to Symon, Emily, and Rosa for your patience, professionalism, and excellent service! You are a great representation of T-Mobile.”

“We worked with James to get our chair picked out, ordered and delivered to us. Every step of the way he was very helpful, thoughtful and professional. They were incredibly communicative as a company once we had purchased the chair and were coordinating the delivery. It could not have been an easier or less hands off experience as a customer, they even set it up for us! I cannot recommend this place enough, thank you again!!!”

“Ask for Farrah at this location if you ever need help. She is such a delight. Helpful, cheerful, and a breath of fresh air in an otherwise nerdy/sausage fest of a store. All are nice here but she is above and beyond.”

“Happy has better prices than big box competitors (even during their Black Friday sales). There's a limited display, so do your research beforehand and bring them a model number of what you want. In the past 12 years, we have purchased two refrigerators, multiple AC units, a dishwasher, stove, and several microwaves. Timmy and everyone we've dealt with are professionals. Delivery personnel are experienced, fast and on time.”

“Stopped in the store this morning for assistance with transferring data from one phone to another. I thought I was going crazy because I'd been unable to get the transfer to take. Enter Gregorio. He helped to navigate the transfer and confirmed that it wasn't me, but a malfunctioning phone. He was patient, pleasant and attentive to my concerns. He provided next steps that were easy to understand and execute. Gregorio made this experience easy. Thank you, Greg!”

“I was using a family plan from another mobile phone carrier for many years but their phone data charge is getting more expensive. I went to this T-Mobile store few days ago and finally switched to T-Mobile. The staff (Ivan, Annie, and Bonny) there were very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me how their different promotions work and recommended which T-Mobile promotion and plan was best for me. I went back few times in past few days for different questions and they answered all the questions I had. Good service and I highly recommend this T-Mobile store.”

“After seeing a few negative reviews I needed to write a review.I have been dealing with Steve for about 10 to 15 years. I can honestly say Steve stands behind his products he sells. He will do everything to make it right.I purchased 4 Fujitsu Duchess HVAC and he had his installed install them about 1 1/2 years ago. The Installer the old man and his son were so professional. They didn't make a mess in my house and the units were installed neatly. How to I know I saw other pro installers install them and they were a very messy install job. Also Steve's prices are the best. No knock off imitation brand full warranty.”

“Visiting from out of town and needed a few travel size items and cereal and non dairy milk for my son and this was just down from our hotel. It was similarity updated like some back home and I love target so this was no different, I do wish I could have found some NY things here that I couldn't find at home but I didn't see anything. Service was friendly. Selection was decent. Value was very similar to back home in Oregon.”

“The $5 chicken wings are my favorite. The slightly spicy, seasoned wings here are much tastier than those sold elsewhere. The price is also affordable, and the flavor is truly amazing.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this T-Mobile store thanks to Chris Chen and Allen Ma. I came in needing to upgrade an old 2G line to 5G, and the process involved a lot more paperwork than I expected. Chris and Allen were patient, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain exactly what was happening. They also helped me maximize the available promotion and upgrade to the best phone I qualified for, which I really appreciated. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. The store itself was clean, organized, and well maintained, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Chris and Allen went above and beyond to make what could have been a frustrating experience smooth and stress-free. Top-tier team and a top-tier store. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future T-Mobile needs. Highly recommend!”
