“I bought a grill that was on sale. It was a great deal on a really nice grill. The workers measure the opening to my suv and needed to take a side tray off to make it fit. The screws were quite pesky and it was taking some work to loosen things up. I apologized for the extra work they had to do, but everyone responded with " it's not a problem at all" Super Job to all of the staff! Thank you so much. I will be seeing you guys soon.”

“This is not a product experience, but a staff experience. I was next door today when my truck battery was dead and I needed a jump. I walked next door to this Valu and a wonderful young gentleman employee, that advised me while we talked, that he had been a volunteer fireman at one time, was able to use his jumper cables to jump my truck. I told him I'd pay him and he refused. He even offered to let me borrow his jumper cables incase it happened again. This young man went above and beyond his job to help me and my daughter today. Roadside assistance was going to take 90-120 minutes.”

“I walked into this store numerous times and it’s always the same associate. I believe his name is Charles If I had to be certain. The past few months I’ve noticed it’s just him. Every time I walk in the store the phones are ringing and he’s always usually with at least 2 or 3 customers at a time . He deals with each paying attention to what they need and makes sure they are satisfied. Just goes to say professionalism is not gone in the world. Every time this young man greets me, no matter how busy he is and always goes over and beyond for his customers. Thank you airgas for employing outstanding customer service from this young man.”
“Went in this Tuesday night to get more paint for our living room. Was greeted by numerous staff members, that were all very friendly and helpful. They even offered to load my paint into my car on a rainy night (and did). I will definitely return to this location. Great experience! Thanks for going above and beyond!”
“When everyone was out of AC units during a heat wave Lowe's had them in abundance. They even brought it to my car and loaded it for me. They have ride on scooters for this huge store too.”
