“I was in need of two 18,000btu AC units for my 2 family home. I went local not wanting to do a DIYS and needed it professional and fast. Len-Harris did not disappoint, the knowledgeable salesman Jonathan knew all the specs and pointed me to great units. The crew that replaced the sleeve were clean professional and knew exactly what to do. The two units installed in 1.5 hours and work great. I did receive better pricing compared to the box stores plus the old units and cases were taken away. They were even installed day after the purchase!”

“Consider yourself lucky if you have the opportunity to work with Janam Patel at Ferguson.
I walked into Ferguson’s Midtown showroom and asked to speak with a representative. By some fortunate coincidence, Janam was available. My husband and I were undertaking an extensive renovation of our Manhattan apartment and, without a designer, needed considerable guidance on plumbing fixtures, faucets, vanities, mirrors, and more. Janam was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process; our renovation lasted for over a year.
He is exceptionally bright, efficient, organized, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What makes him particularly stand out is his responsiveness and willingness to help. If something needed to be changed, he handled it promptly and without fuss. Even while on vacation several time zones away, he remained available and attentive to our needs.
Janam is meticulous, flexible, and remarkably adaptable. Although he is clearly a very busy salesperson, he never failed to return our calls – usually within minutes or hours, and always in less than 24 hours. He has all the qualities one could hope for in a salesperson: intelligence, integrity, organization, strong work ethic, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a sincere commitment to his clients.

Competitive prices with frequent sales.
The shop is a bit crowded and packed, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect place to check out gear in person before buying — much better than big chain stores for hands-on shopping in NYC.
