LaGuardia NY airport shuttle never arrived. Was told every 15 min on off hours. 2:30am had to find and pay for my own ride to Hertz. Vehicle was fine, no issues.

Flew out of LaGuardia airport in New York. Used this Hertz rental agency twice now. The ease of the shuttle to and from the airport, professionalism from the drivers, with safe, secure pickup in and out quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough good things.
