Yes, the car did drip for a few days in the summer heat, but that was explained when I dropped off the car. They also washed the car before I picked it up.

“Ford issued a recall for the EcoSport I bought in 2021. I brought my car in for repair at the end of October, 2025. I picked the car up yesterday, Jan. 24. VanBortel Ford lent a car for my use for the 3 months my car was waiting for parts, then waiting for the only technician trained to fix the problem. Imagine my gratitude for the use of the loaner with my only cost being refueling! I sing my praises for the Service Department personnel and the coordination of tasks they perform. Thank you to everyone involved at VanBortel Ford!”

“When it comes to my vehicle care I'm very strict about it. Take care of your stuff.Yesterday my oil change was due. I had my appointment scheduled. During the last couple of weeks I had had some tailgate problems when I would open it. The latch was worn out. So I mentioned it to Tom Anne the service director. I also wanted the 4-wheel drive checked. They had done a repair on it last year. Tom directed his staff to check these extras during my oil change.Well everything went perfect. My tailgate latch was covered under my warranty as was my 4-wheel drive. It pays to get a warranty!!!The service department at VanBortel is one of the best run service departments I've ever dealt with. They take care of the customer.”

“Very easily scheduled my needed oil change and tire rotation online. The service area was easy to find with lots of parking. I entered through the door next to the garage door (sorry no pic) and the service desk was easy to find. There were at least 5 male staff working. Ryan was great, he greeted me and called me over immediately to get my vehicle checked in. We're in the middle of the Omicron wave. Ryan was wearing a mask but not everyone was wearing one, or it was not worn over both the nose and mouth. I did not see any signage regarding mask use, nor was there hand sanitizer at the service desk. I did have to sign a tablet and open a few doors to get where I needed to go, thus wanted to eliminate germs from touching those things. There was a sanitizer dispenser near the cashier window but that was the only one I saw. Luckily I carry my own. Ryan accurately estimated the work would take 30-45 minutes. He stopped by to check on me during that time and then came back when my vehicle was finished within the 45 minutes. Ryan has excellent customer service skills! Reasonably priced, efficient, and no problems. I would return for maintenance service again in the future.”
“I started bringing my Rogue to Jared, Ron and the crew at 50k miles. Here we are years later approaching almost 200k.
These guys are honest, get you in and out as quickly as possible and I never have to go back. The repairs are always done right.
I literally don’t care about Nissan but when it’s time for my Rogue to be sent out to pasture I 100% be buying another Nissan so my boys can keep it in top shape.
Most people say dealers are more expensive etc, etc. But that is not what I’ve found taking my vehicle here.”
