He explained everything, took pictures of the work in progress and had it back to me earlier than what he quoted. I would recommend any woman to get a quote from him as he is not condescending if you ask questions. He is very nice to do business with, professional and his work is EXCELLENT!”

“Great experience . Was told on the phone a waiting appt for oil change and tire rotation would be 1 to 2 hours . My appt was scheduled for 8:45am and was walking out of the dealership by 9:40 am .Had no issues after the services were performed . Waiting room was comfortable and had more than enough space to work while my vehicle was being serviced. Will definitely continue my service with Hoselton chevy for the future . “Returned the car in good condition, detailed inside and out, and everything in working order. Communication was good with emails and phone calls. Took longer than antispated, but that was mostly due to two additional supplement approvals needed from insurance. Also, car was returned needing washer fluid. But I'd recommend and use them again.”

“Vanbortel is the place to go. Yet anotheer great experience with QuickLane. Needed to get my daughters car some new tires as she was riding on her originals from a lease. Decided to keep the car so went to VanBortel for the tires. Denise went thru some tires she thought might be a good fit!! On my way out she asked if I wanted it to be inspected too (sticker said due this month). I said sure. (I dont drive this car!!) They look out for you, take care of you and you dont have to worry about getting things you dont need. Honest, experienced and very customer driven! Thanks Denise!!!”

“When it comes to my vehicle care I'm very strict about it. Take care of your stuff.Yesterday my oil change was due. I had my appointment scheduled. During the last couple of weeks I had had some tailgate problems when I would open it. The latch was worn out. So I mentioned it to Tom Anne the service director. I also wanted the 4-wheel drive checked. They had done a repair on it last year. Tom directed his staff to check these extras during my oil change.Well everything went perfect. My tailgate latch was covered under my warranty as was my 4-wheel drive. It pays to get a warranty!!!The service department at VanBortel is one of the best run service departments I've ever dealt with. They take care of the customer.”

“Very easily scheduled my needed oil change and tire rotation online. The service area was easy to find with lots of parking. I entered through the door next to the garage door (sorry no pic) and the service desk was easy to find. There were at least 5 male staff working. Ryan was great, he greeted me and called me over immediately to get my vehicle checked in. We're in the middle of the Omicron wave. Ryan was wearing a mask but not everyone was wearing one, or it was not worn over both the nose and mouth. I did not see any signage regarding mask use, nor was there hand sanitizer at the service desk. I did have to sign a tablet and open a few doors to get where I needed to go, thus wanted to eliminate germs from touching those things. There was a sanitizer dispenser near the cashier window but that was the only one I saw. Luckily I carry my own. Ryan accurately estimated the work would take 30-45 minutes. He stopped by to check on me during that time and then came back when my vehicle was finished within the 45 minutes. Ryan has excellent customer service skills! Reasonably priced, efficient, and no problems. I would return for maintenance service again in the future.”

My husband and I don't always go by word of mouth and after bad experiences with Fucillo Kia of Greece, Vision Kia of Canandaigua, Lebrun Toyota of Canandaigua as Well as Ontario Honda in Canandaigua,,,... We jumped ship and drove out of our way to Hoselton in Late July of 2019 and Have been extremely happy ever since... We leased a Tacoma then and this past January we purchased a new 4Runner and come this past July we traded in the Tacoma for a newer one... " JJ " ( Jose Santiago) is our Salesman and he guided us through each trade and sale, He listens and is fun to work with making the experience memorable. Make it even better the finance department is amazing to fit our needs. no bullying or pushing, just always info and input. Even the service department has always been a joy to work with. From the beginning you can tell this is a family owned dealership and treat their customers right.... they aren't a chain either so completely fits in the support local theme...”
