“Everyone in the store is extremely nice and inviting. They have tons of sizes of everything from formal wear to casual. I went in to buy a suit for a funeral and they really went the extra mile to make sure I had it when I needed it, which was ASAP. Prices are shockingly low and the quality/brands you won't find elsewhere. I am extremely impressed.”
“I have been suffering from miserable foot issues for some time and was having a good bit of trouble finding shoes that alleviated my pain. A relative had highly recommended a lesser known and quite expensive brand, but no stores in my area carried them. I was driving from Indiana back to my home in Maine and I looked online to see if I could find any stores that carried them along my path. I called from somewhere in Ohio to Paul Karaz Shoes and explained my situation. Shelby encouraged me to stop by when I got to that area. I did so and I'm so glad I did. Paige patiently listened to my tale of woe, examined my feet and the shoes I was wearing and made great recommendations. I was not even able to buy anything there, because they didn't have what I needed in stock, but I got better advice than I've gotten anywhere else and am currently wearing shoes that have given me more relief than anything else I've tried to date. “J Michael's is an excellent store with amazing customer service! I was treated like a family member while trying to buy new pair of running shoes and exploring new brands for my foot style. “There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”
“I am very grateful to have Dr. Edelman as my podiatrist! I came to him after having two extremely poor surgery outcomes from a different podiatry group. I had just about resigned myself to walking and standing in constant pain, when I finally made an appointment with Dr. Edelman. He is very personable and clearly explained the surgery procedure he would be doing to reconstruct my foot. His office staff is also quite friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The surgery went well and my aftercare has been excellent. I had a mishap at home the day after surgery and was advised to come in and be seen. Despite being his day off, Dr. Edelman immediately came into the office and took great care of me. I absolutely recommend Dr. Edelman to anyone needing podiatry care.”
“Amazing owner who came through in time for Christmas! Unfortunately, my son and I were defrauded by an impostor with a fake Instagram account that looks similar to Ambition. My son had been working odd jobs and saving for weeks for these shoes and when I called to check on the order I realized we sent money to a fraudulent account. Nick came up with a great solution and was even able to get my son his shoes shipped and arrived in time for Christmas. My son was beyond thrilled! So grateful for small business owners with fantastic customer service!”
“Just like TJ Maxx and the like but nicer stuff, well organized, great prices.Had a funny experience where I watched a man ask for a bag for 2 full-size suitcases. Like the size above carry-on and the largest in a set of 3. The clamshell type with 4 swivel wheels and handles that he used to wheel them up to the counter. He opened the larger one to put them together and tried to cram the medium one into it without unzipping the inside covers. The girl at the counter just kind of stood back because he was pissed she didn't have a bag big enough for his luggage. It was fun to watch karma get someone.”
“I absolutely love crocs and this location always has good deals. I went during a sale and was help by an outstanding associate, Kristina. She was informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and helped me pick out the best crocs for me. I highly recommend this location and if you need anything ask for Kristina.”

“Walked into the Vans store thinking I’d just “browse.” Walked out with shoes, a new life philosophy, and a small but healthy obsession with the employees.
First off, Deklan — this man is a SHOE WHISPERER. I said “help me find something cool,” and he looked deep into my soul, nodded once like some mystical skateboarding monk, and returned with the PERFECT pair. Like, Cinderella-who-shreds kind of perfect. If Deklan isn’t employee of the month, then I’m staging a protest. Peaceful, of course. With matching Vans.
Then there’s Eric at the register. This dude could be a stand-up comedian. I came to buy shoes and ended up laughing so hard I nearly forgot my PIN number. I’m 78% sure he’s part cashier, part improv comedian, and possibly part raccoon (the fun kind that shows up at parties uninvited). I didn’t know paying for shoes could feel like a Netflix special, but here we are.
10/10. Would return just for the laughs, and maybe to get fashion-roasted by Eric again.
Also: Vans, if you’re reading this, give Deklan and Eric a raise. Or a throne. Or at least matching capes. They deserve it.”

“Nice place to get kids cloths especially when they have deals going. The only reason why not Five Years is the lack of clothing opinions for 12-18 and 18-24 months were I usually have to go online to pick up. Sneakers for us parents with little ones with wide big feet can also be problematic.”

“I love their clothes. I bought a sweater on line and discovered a small snag in it. I called and was told they didn't have it but could take it back to have a replacement sent to me. I got there and they had plenty AND it was on sale so not only did I get my sweater but money back.I've repeatedly suggested they open a store in the west side. That would make it so much better in my world.”

They know all the pieces, their colors and sizes. They run back and forth from the floor to the dressing room, helping a desperate woman acquire all she needs to dress for success.The Ann Taylor staff are the real MVPS today.”
