“Thank you Mavis. They really helped me out of a jam today. I was driving with my wife and 1 year toddler today when my back tire blew out. Luckily It was while we were close by and not on the freeway. They did not have my particular tire in stock but were able to order it. They were getting pushback to have it delivered tomorrow, but they really fought for it to be delivered today. Sometimes in Customer Service it's that little extra effort employees put in to make us customer feel that we are valued and it's not just transactional. Knowing that there was that human element involved-they knew I had a toddler with me and that I needed to get home today with a new tire on-they went above and beyond to make it happen.
