They don't talk down to you as if you're not as technically savvy, not at all. It's the opposite, they explain matters in an easy to understand way.
Plus the 'wait-time', even when busy, less than a couple of minutes if that. And the location is within a short drive for nearly all, less than a mile away from the I90 Walden Ave exits.

“I bought a phone from Amazon for my son and it ended up suspending his phone number on my account. I couldn't get it fixed at home, the phone wasn't compatible with cricket, which wasn't really an issue just bought a new one at the store. Well, Andrew took care of me today to fix my problem and it took around 2 hours. (no fault of his own) He refused to give up even though crickets service chat kept goofing it up, he was so patient. It's so refreshing from the last store manager they had in this store. He was absolutely determined to fix my issue without changing the number on the account. The only thing I wish that would change is the company giving their associates at the store level, the access to fix these types of issues, without having to contact someone half way around the world who may or may not know what they're doing. It was upsetting to watch what he had to endure just to fix my son's service. Andrew really was wonderful to work with. I no longer dread having to come into the store. If you have cricket or are thinking of switching to them I really recommend going and seeing Andrew at this location and if you can see this thank you again Andrew for all your help today!”

“So happy I bought a loupe lamp system from them at a vet conference over 15 years ago. I use it almost daily and can't imagine practice without it. They have been so helpful to keep the system working and ordering new parts when necessary. I just had a faulty wire to the lamp that was shorting out after 5 or so years(out of warranty). They sent me a replacement and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you!!”

“Usually not busy, and a fast checkout. If I say $20 on pump 3, it usually takes less than 5 seconds for them to complete the transaction. They have their own 7-eleven brand which is a cheaper alternative to some of the other brands. The staff are friendly and communicative. Never had a problem with this 7-eleven. The place is also kept very clean.”

After I corrected him for cussing at me redirected him on how to appropriately address other people not just customers I left the store and realized that I will never go back if this young man is still employed there he is disgusting representative of your brand.

“I always find more than I'm looking for at Target. They have the big brands you know and love, but also some very high quality lesser known named products. For instance, I needed a pot, basically to boil water and cook spaghetti. I could have gotten one for $10, yet for just $12 more I got this incredible, hefty, nonstick, ceramic pot with a lid with a built in slots for draining. I don't even know the brand but I have learned you get what you pay for and that $12 is trivial when compared side by side and by quality. Just by look and feel alone. Anyway, I found all sorts of stuff to organize my shower too.”

“Only 7-11 that occasionally has sugar free slurpees available which is pretty exciting.
Beverage fountains are down a lot.
Also inconsistent when hot food stops being served/cooked. Some days you go in at 10pm and there are pizza slices. Some days you go in at 8pm and the warmer isn’t even on for it and unable to place an order (even if it means ordering an entire pizza I’d be ok with that)”

“A great 7-Eleven just like any 7-Eleven. Has anything and everything you need like a convenience store would have great to just stop and get some snacks and some drinks or if you're craving something sweet they always have it or even if you need a quick dinner like some ramen noodles you can get it here. The staff was great and helpful there was no line I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes and had everything I needed”
